The new Forster Unico thermally insulated profiles are suitable for use in door and window constructions. The single-chamber thermally insulated Unico profiles have attracted worldwide attention. Solid steel profiles are easy to cut and weld. Profiles are available in black steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. The profiles can be powder-coated.

Forster Thermfix Vario is designed for load-bearing façade constructions. The wide range allows the system to be adapted almost without limitations. The system offers excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Profiles are also available in stainless steel. The range includes 45 mm and 60 mm profiles. Thanks to the high structural strength, no additional load-bearing construction is required. As cover profiles, steel, stainless steel, or aluminium profiles can be used.

Forster Fuego Light is a fire-resistant profile system that meets the EI30 fire resistance classification requirements. The profiles can be used to manufacture fire-rated single- and double-leaf glass doors as well as glazed partition constructions.
The Fuego Light range includes profiles with fire resistance classes EI30, EI60 and EI90. The system is manufactured from two steel profiles with a 25 mm Promatec insulation layer in between. The profiles are galvanized and passivated.

The Presto range is primarily designed for façade door constructions where thermal insulation profiles are not required. The range also includes profiles suitable for use in windows. The Presto system has a fire resistance classification of EI30. Profiles are additionally available in galvanized and stainless steel.
The Presto sealing profile is recessed into a groove, ensuring a flush façade surface. Double sealing is also possible – the door can be sealed from both the inside and the outside, making it tighter and quieter to operate.

The Forster Norm profile range is suitable for manufacturing non-thermally insulated doors, partitions and windows. A correctly selected profile allows the construction of several different types of standard frame windows or flush-mounted windows, as well as doors and partition walls. The wide selection of mitred joints with different depths places no limits on creative design and offers unlimited combination possibilities.
